National Health and Fitness Day (NHFD) is an initiative to make Canada the fittest nation in the world starting with marking one day, the first Saturday in June, as the day when Canadians get out and get active in any way they think appropriate. Remind your family about the importance of a healthy, active lifestyle! Take advantage of Collingwood’s abundant parks, trails, and recreation facilities to get your family moving and having fun. To mark this day, Centennial Aquatic Centre and Central Park Arena will provide FREE swimming and skating programming all day!
